The objectives of GLOW (Girls Leading Our World) Academy are to increase young Bulgarian women’s civic engagement, to foster self esteem, leadership skills, communication skills, goal-setting and decision making abilities as well as increasing their awareness about current issues such as drug abuse, sexual health, eating disorders and the dangers of human trafficking which effect them, internet privacy etc.

Girls Leading Our World (GLOW) Association was created in 2004 with the mission to unleash the full potential in the youngsters and develop them as future leaders, who are able to take informed decisions and are active citizens in their societies. GLOW helps them realize their own strengths and weaknesses, enhance their ability to communicate effectively, teach them how to set goals and to achieve them successfully. |
