Academia has held me tight in the last ten years and since 2015 I have been a part-time university lecturer at universities in the Netherlands and Austria. I hold a Master degree in Tourism and Leisure Studies from Wageningen University in the Netherlands. In 2020 I got certified with Postgraduate Certificate Learning and Teaching in Higher Education at University of Brighton, providing me with the eligibility to teach for universities worldwide. For several years I’ve been an academic supervisor and examiner as well. I’ve been working with children since I was a student in the Netherlands, delivering English classes to Dutch children and in 2020 I was hired as a primary English teacher by a school in Sofia, Bulgaria. Thus in 2024, I've completed Early Foreign Language Learning, a program on a master's level providing essential methods and approaches in teaching English to children. In my practice, I integrate several methods - Total Physical Response (TPR), Narrative Approach, some aspects of Suggestopedia and Sun Pedagogy.
